Who we are

  1. This offer is promoted by STB2 Limited registered in England under company number 13017311 whose registered office is at 6th Floor, 1 New Era Square, Sheffield, S2 4RB (“Split The Bills”, “we” or “us”).

How to enter and eligibility

2. To redeem the bill credit, you must enter the promotional code shown on the discount voucher when placing an order for a Utilities Package.

3. To be eligible for this promotion, you must meet all of the below criteria:

  • 3.1. one or more housemates must sign up for a Utilities Package with at least a 48-week minimum term.
  • 3.2. we must have accepted the Utilities Package order request which shall be notified to all housemates via a welcome email;
  • 3.3. the Utilities Package must not have been cancelled prior to the start of the supply of the utilities services; and
  • 3.4. all housemates must have completed the online Utilities Package order sign up process by no later than 11:59pm on 30/09/2024 (“Deadline”).

4. The bill credit will be automatically added to the household’s monthly bill for the Utilities Package, calculated on a pro-rated basis across a 48-week term. The credit will be reduced accordingly (on a pro-rated basis) should the household cancel the Utility Package at any point before the 48-week minimum term.

5. Only one promotional code can be used per household.

6. The bill credit has no cash value and cannot be transferred or sold.

7. The bill credit is subject to availability, and we reserve the right to cancel or amend the promotion or a voucher without notice at our discretion.

8. We reserve the right to substitute the bill credit with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

9. Our decision in respect of all matters to do with the rights to receive or use the bill credit will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

10. Any Utilities Package sign ups which are received after the Deadline will not be eligible for bill credit. We do not accept any liability for late receipt of Utilities Package order sign ups because of any technical or other reason.

Other terms

11. By completing the Utilities Package order sign up process, each housemate (named on the completed Utilities Package account) is indicating their agreement to be bound by these Promotional Terms and Conditions.

12. These Promotional Terms and Conditions are supplemented by our Utility Management Service Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy and our Website Terms and Conditions. Unless otherwise stated, defined terms in our Utility Management Service Terms and Conditions apply to these Terms and Conditions.

13. Any information provided during the Utilities Package sign up process will be used in conjunction with the following Privacy Policy https://www.splitthebills.co.uk/privacy-policy/. In addition, you agree that Split The Bills can share the email address and name of the lead tenant with third parties to the extent reasonably required to fulfil the provision of the discount voucher.

14. These Promotional Terms and Conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

15. Nothing in these Promotional Terms and Conditions affects your rights to cancel your contract with us.
